NUTRITION & STRESS ASSESSMENT- Prior to our 90-minute coaching session, you will complete and submit a series of Nutrition and Lifestyle intake forms for analysis. We will use the assessments to help determine an eating plan that is right for you, identify which of your body systems are stressed and establish the starting point for your Nutrition, Lifestyle and Exercise program.
30 DAYS to THRIVE- A personalized 4-week Nutrition, Lifestyle and Exercise program suited for your body, based on your goals, Nutrition & Stress Assessment, Functional Movement Patterns & Abdominal Wall Assessment. 30 Days to Thrive includes: (1) x 90 minute Nutrition/Stress Assessment. (4) x 60 minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions.**
90 DAY PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION- A personalized 12-week Nutrition, Lifestyle and Exercise program suited for your body, based on your goals and Nutrition & Stress Assessment, Functional Movement Patterns & Abdominal Wall Assessment. This program includes: (1) x 90 minute Nutrition/Stress Assessment* (12) x 60 minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions .**
COACHING SESSIONS- During coaching sessions, we will perform and review your custom exercise program, stretches, energy building exercises and fine-tune your diet and lifestyle issues, to help you reach your goals and achieve optimal health. ** additional coaching sessions may be added on to 30 and 90 day programs

HAPPY, HEALTHY KITCHEN/HOME CLEANOUTS- Sara will bring to light hidden toxins found in the home environment. She will provide cleaner options and solutions for most household and personal care items.
HAPPY, HEALTHY FAMILY COOKING CONSULTATIONS- Sara will share her experience and wisdom of using home cooked, intentional food as medicine for herself and her family. Sara will prepare and cook recipes with clients, empowering them with tools to cook intentionally for themselves in everyday life.
PRIVATE YOGA- kids, tween, teen and Adult sessions available
